That's right. 20 years ago......I was a 14 year old school girl in LOVE with the New Kids on the Block. This Saturday Nikki, myself and our friend Diana, are heading to their concert. I AM SO GIDDY! Firstly, the very fact that I can attend a concert is amazing in itself (there were no concerts in Juneau....) and secondly, um, I'M GOING TO SEE THE NEW KIDS! Granted, they are older now and maybe not as spry as they once were. But I don't care! Donnie Wahlberg will always be a hottie. And guaranteed, the entire audience will be made up of 34 year old-ish women (and maybe a few gay men...) that were rocking to their music back in the day and that's okay with me. We're going to par-tay like it's 1988! :)

OMG, Shon...Really? I mean....really? You're cracking me up. So sad I'm not there to go with you...NOT!! What would you have done if I was coming in that same day. I'm sure I know that the New Kids would have been more important!!
Sad. I don't know what's worse, the fact that you are going to the concert or you actually looking for pictures and putting them on your blog page. And, if you haven't noticed, they are not new, they are not kids, and they are not on the block. They are probablly so broke that they ride the bus to work. Maybe they should be called OGOTB- Old Guys on the bus.
One thing I've always admired about you Shon is that you're not afraid to be different and do your own thing. If NKOTB is "it" for you and brings back great memories...go for it! Mine was Pat Benatar and Joan Jett (back in the day.) Go chick rockers!
