Girl Time

Last night, a few of my softball pals and I got together for our friend, Ruth's birthday....she's 31 and really her birthday was just an excuse for us to have a BBQ/game night.  We've been trying to plan it for awhile now, pretty much since Cassandra's wedding last October!  Life is just busy for all of us and its hard to find that time.  But it just so happened that we planned it on one of the rare sunny, warm evenings that we've had ALL spring and we were able to enjoy a BBQ outdoors for a bit.  Once the chill picked up, we moved it inside and played some games.  Everytime we get together, it is a blast and honestly, I don't think I've laughed that hard in a long while.  I really needed that, so thanks girls.  Oh, and I found a new favorite drink....Whip Cream Vodka and Diet Pepsi.  YUM.
